Soumission / Abstract submission

Si vous êtes un·e doctorant·e de la Faculté, vous pouvez y participer en remplissant le formulaire d'inscription (clôturé). Veuillez vous inscrire et soumettre un abstract de votre projet de recherche avant le 16 février (voir les instructions de rédaction de votre abstract). Le Comité scientifique évaluera toutes les soumissions, sélectionnera les projets qui feront l'objet d'une présentation orale et/ou d'un poster et communiquera les résultats le 22 mars 2024. Notez que :
  • Tout le monde peut soumettre un abstract pour un poster + (selon le nombre de soumissions) une mini-présentation de 3 minutes
  • Quelques soumissions seront sélectionnées par le Comité scientifique pour une présentation orale de 15min
  • Vous pouvez limiter votre participation à un poster, la présentation orale n'est pas obligatoire
If you are a PHD student from the Faculty, fill the Registration Form (closed) to participate. Please register submit an abstract of your research project before February 16 (abstract instructions here). The Scientific Committee will evaluate all submissions, select the projects which will be the subject of an oral presentation and/or a poster and will communicate the results on March 22, 2024. Note that :
  • Anyone can submit an abstract for a poster + (depending on the number of submissions) a 3-minute mini-presentation
  • Some submissions will be selected by the Scientific Committee for a 15min oral presentation
  • You can restrain your participation to a poster, the oral presentation is not an obligation
